Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow its journey from our hands to yours.

Delivery times vary by destination, though most orders arrive within 3–10 business days. We take great care to ensure that your Treasure Trove Texas™ decanter arrives ready to become a distinguished centerpiece in your collection.

Returns & Replacements

Much like a fine bottle of whiskey, every Treasure Trove Texas™ piece is intended to be enjoyed in pristine condition.

To preserve the integrity and authenticity of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the original packaging has been opened. However, should your decanter arrive damaged or defective, we will promptly provide a complimentary replacement.

Simply contact our support team within 14 days of delivery and include your order number along with photographic proof of the issue. We will handle the rest with the attention and care you deserve.
